VHB’s Transportation Planning and Operations Internship is designed to introduce students into the workforce. The program will build essential professional skills by offering opportunities for hands-on learning in a supportive yet challenging environment. The program is designed to round out participants’ academic learning with real world experience and help them explore related areas of practice to find the best fit for their career path..
Our Transportation Planning & Operations team works with public, private, and institutional clients to support a variety of projects. Our services include operational analysis, multimodal planning, conceptual design, parking analysis, and safety evaluations. We collaborate across our footprint with numerous other VHB groups such as Traffic Design, Transportation Engineering, Environmental and Land Development on many of our transformative projects.

Qualifications
The hourly pay range for this position, located in Massachusetts, is $19 to $30. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including geographic location, internal equity, experience, credentials, skills, education, work schedule, and other factors permitted by law. The posted hourly range reflects base pay only. Additional compensation and benefits available to eligible employees are outlined in our Total Rewards Program.
